  • 2.5 oz Rye Whiskey (or Bourbon)

  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

 Stir with ice until chilled, strain into Coupe. Garnish with Luxardo Cherry.

FUN FACT:

The Manhattan is said to have been invented at the Manhattan Club in New York in the late 1800s, possibly for a banquet hosted by Winston Churchill’s mother.

  • 1 oz Espresso (freshly brewed)

  • 0.75 oz Coffee Liqueur (Kahlúa or similar)

  • 0.25 oz Simple Syrup

 Shake hard with ice until frothy, strain into chilled Coupe or Martini Glass. Garnish with 3 Coffee Beans.

FUN FACT:

Created in the 1980s by London bartender Dick Bradsell when a guest asked for a drink that would 'wake her up and mess her up at the same time.'

  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

 Shake with ice, strain into chilled Coupe or Martini Glass with Sugar rim. Garnish with Lemon Wheel or Twist.

FUN FACT:

 Created in the 1970s in San Francisco, the Lemon Drop was invented at Henry Africa’s bar—one of the first “fern bars”—and quickly became a symbol of the cocktail revival of that era.
