  • 3 oz Gin or Vodka

  • 0.25 oz Dry Vermouth

  • Make it Dry: Skip Vermouth

  • Make it Dirty: Add Olive Brine, 0.5 oz

Shake or stir with ice depending on guest preference, then strain into a chilled Coupe or Martini Glass. Garnish with Lemon Twist or Olives.

FUN FACT:

The Martini’s origins are debated, with some linking it to the Martinez cocktail from California during the Gold Rush era. Its popularity soared in the 20th century, cementing it as a symbol of sophistication

Manhattan

Severely overrated in my opinion (I like stirring the pot, what can I say?)

Espresso Martini

Slightly obsessed with this one, love making them as opposed to most bartenders.

Lemon Drop

Excellent as a shooter, slightly underwhelming as a cocktail.
