  • 2.5 oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey

  • 1 barspoon Demerara Syrup (Simple otherwise)

  • 2–3 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • 1-2 dashes Orange Bitters

Combine all ingredients in Yarai/Mixing Glass with ice, stir until chilled. Strain into Rocks Glass over big ice cube. Express and garnish with Orange Peel.

FUN FACT:

The Old Fashioned is one of the earliest cocktails, originally just called a 'whiskey cocktail.' As new cocktails were invented, people began ordering it made the 'old-fashioned' way—thus, the name stuck

Manhattan

Severely overrated in my opinion (I like stirring the pot, what can I say?)

Espresso Martini

Slightly obsessed with this one, love making them as opposed to most bartenders.

Lemon Drop

Excellent as a shooter, slightly underwhelming as a cocktail.
